MBA of NY Scholarship Application 

Thank you for your interest in the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and our Scholarship Foundation. Before applying, please take a few moments to read the following information and instructions.

• Applications will be accepted beginning Monday, April 21, 2025 through Friday, June 27, 2025
• Scholarship recipients will be notified by email by July 11, 2025
• Scholarship recipients and a guest will be invited to a Scholarship Awards Event to be held in conjunction with this year's annual Golf Outing on July 15, 2025 at the Ardsley Country Club in Ardsley NY. 
• Scholarships will be awarded in $2,500 increments and be paid directly to the recipient.

THE APPLICATION WILL CONSIST OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Personal and school background information.
  
  
• Two (2) essay questions (500 word limit)
  • What are your career plans in real estate? Why have you chosen this path?
  • Tell us why this scholarship is important to you?
    
    
• Documents to upload:
  • Latest school transcript
  • Current FAFSA report (if applicable)
  • Current resume
